In team environments, a lack of understanding and appreciation for individual personality differences can lead to miscommunication, decreased collaboration, and inefficiencies. Managers and stylists may struggle to identify each team member's strengths, resulting in unoptimized team dynamics and potential conflicts.

The color assessment provides a unique and engaging method for identifying personality strengths and fostering empathy among team members. By utilizing this tool, managers and stylists can gain insights into each individual’s unique traits, enhancing communication and collaboration. To facilitate self-awareness among participants, I designed a comprehensive color assessment tool that helps individuals uncover their unique strengths and traits. Each participant receives a personalized report that highlights their key characteristics, enabling them to articulate their abilities confidently. This process encourages reflection and discussion, allowing team members to understand their contributions better.

To introduce the interactive approach to the business, I developed a high-level proposal that outlined the project concept, using a prototype that illustrated a typical day in the life of a sales agent. This visual representation helped stakeholders envision the enhanced, interactive experience I aimed to create. The proposal effectively highlighted how the design would engage learners and meet their specific needs.

I was responsible for designing and pulling everything together. I went in the direction of collage and pieceing our own image together. In the development phase I added in copy, graphics, and links to additional pages. Using HTML within the Contentful platform, I ensured that the learning content was seamlessly hosted and fully functional for leaders to access. This process enabled the webpage to go live, allowing leaders to easily engage with and navigate the learning materials provided.
Final Product
I really loved the direction of embracing a collage style with different colors to showcase the multifaceted nature of our personalities. This creative approach allowed us to visually represent how each individual's unique strengths and traits come together to form a cohesive team. The vibrant, layered design mirrors the diversity within teams, emphasizing that no two people are the same, but together, they can achieve incredible things. This visual metaphor is key to helping leaders not only identify their team’s strengths but also celebrate the rich blend of personalities that drive success.​
